Rika Hiraki ( Japanese 平 木 理化 , Hiraki Rika ; born December 6, 1971 in Beirut , Lebanon ) is a former Japanese tennis player .

Career

Hiraki, who started playing tennis at the age of six, won the mixed competition at the French Open in 1997 with her doubles partner Mahesh Bhupathi . In the final, they beat Lisa Raymond and Patrick Galbraith in two straight sets.

On the WTA Tour , Hiraki won a total of six double tournaments, all on hard courts.

From 1993 to 2001 she played five doubles games for the Japanese Fed Cup team , getting her three wins.

Rika Hiraki ended her professional career in February 2003.
