Rivan ( Nepali रिभान ; also Reevan or Ribhan ) is a village and a Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Kaski district of the Gandaki administrative zone in central Nepal .

The VDC Rivan is located 14 km north-northwest of Pokhara at the foot of the Annapurna Himal . It is located on the eastern valley side of the lower high valley of the Mardi Khola .

Residents

The VDC Rivan had 1,332 inhabitants (598 of them male) in 364 households at the 2011 census.
