Kaskikot ( Nepali कास्कीकोट ) is a village and a Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Kaski district of the Gandaki administrative zone in central Nepal .

The place Kaskikot is located on a foothill of the Annapurna Himal northwest of the Phewa Lake and west of the city of Pokhara . Kaskikot is a popular tourist destination as it has excellent views of the mountains, parts of Pokhara city, and the lake.

Residents

The VDC Kaskikot had 5892 inhabitants (of which 2591 male) in 1508 households in the 2011 census.
