Ghandruk ( Nepali घान्द्रुक ) is a village and Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Kaski district of the Gandaki administrative zone in central Nepal .
The VDC Ghandruk extends west of the Modi Khola and includes the river valley of the Kimrong Khola and the headwaters of the Modi Khola in the Annapurna massif .
The place Ghandruk is located in the foothills of the Annapurna Himal 16 km south of the Annapurna South . Ghandruk is a popular starting point for trekking tours in the Annapurna massif. The place offers easier hiking trails and numerous overnight accommodations. From Ghandruk one overlooks the southwest part of the Annapurna massif with the mountains Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Machapucharé as well as the Dhaulagiri Himal in the west .

The VDC Ghandruk had 4265 inhabitants (2054 of them male) in 1102 households at the 2011 census.
