Rosenfeld is a district of Beilrode in the district of North Saxony in the Free State of Saxony . The place is on the right bank of the Elbe on the S25 road between Torgau and Prettin on the edge of the Annaburg Heath .
history
Rosenvelt is first mentioned in 1251 . One of the spelling of the place was Rosenfeldt (1550), when the square village with Gewannflur belonged to the Schweinitz office .
In 1550 25 possessed men lived here , including 13 tensioners and the liege judge as well as 11 gardeners who were directly subordinate to the Lochau office. The town hall bordered with the Annaburger Heide , Zwethau and the Vorwerk Döhlen , which was incorporated in 1950. The desert village of Ragösen also belonged to Rosenfeld .
Until 1815, Rosenfeld belonged to the Office Annaburg (before it was renamed "Office Lochau"). After the Congress of Vienna , the village fell to the Prussian province of Saxony , Torgau district .
Rosenfeld was a parish branch of Zwethau and only received its own parish in 1816. In 1895, the chief forestry for the Annaburg Heath was located in Rosenfeld.
From 1945 to 1952 Rosenfeld belonged to Saxony-Anhalt . On July 1, 1950, the previously independent municipality of Döhlen was incorporated.
In 1974 Rosenfeld , located in the Torgau district, was incorporated into Zwethau. From 1994 it was a district of Großtreben-Zwethau and since January 1, 2011 Rosenfeld has been a district of Beilrode.
