Rudi Theissen , also Rudi Theißen , (born November 14, 1926 in Hildesheim , † July 17, 2010 ibid) was a German racing cyclist .

1949 Rudi Theissen, who for the VfV Hildesheim started (before he went to the club RV migratory 12 Hannover ), third in the German Straßenradmeisterschaft the amateurs and won Rund um Köln . Then he went over to the professionals . In 1954, he and Werner Holthöfer took second place in the German championship in two-man team driving . The greatest success of Theissen's career was the victory in the Tour of Germany in 1955 .

At the UCI Road World Championships he was at the start in 1954 (eliminated).
