Saša Belić (born February 7, 1981 in Zagreb , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Croatian ice hockey player who spent his career at KHL Medveščak Zagreb and KHL Zagreb . For Croatia , Belić took part in a large number of world championships in the men's and junior area.

Career

Saša Belić began his career as a hockey player at the KHL Zagreb , for which he was active in the Croatian championship from 1995 to 1999. Then the defender moved to the record champions KHL Medveščak Zagreb , for whom he was regularly used in Croatia and the multinational Interliga in the following years . From 2007 to 2009 he played parallel with the capital city in the Slovenian ice hockey league and in the 2009/10 season in parallel in the Slohokej league . In the 2010/11 season he played regularly for Medveščak's new cooperation partner, the Zagreb team , in the Slohokej League and scored three goals and nine assists in 27 games. Until 2011, Belić won the Croatian championship title a total of eleven times with Medveščak before ending his career.

International

For Croatia , Belić took part in the junior division at the U18-C European Championships in 1996 , 1997 and 1998 , the European Division I of the U18 World Championship in 1999 , the U20-D World Championship in 2000 , the U20 C World Championship in 1999 and the U20 World Championship Division II 2001 part. In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the C World Championships in 1999 and 2000 , the World Championships in Division II in 2004 , 2005 , 2007 and 2011, and in Division I in 2001 , 2002 , 2003 , 2006 , 2008 , 2009 and 2010 .
