The Saarbrücker Zeitung Verlag und Druckerei GmbH - in everyday parlance "Saarbrücker Zeitungsverlag" or "Saarbrücker Zeitungsgruppe" - is a publishing group based in Saarbrücken . The Saarbrücker Zeitung has a large number of predecessors with different names due to the turbulent history of the Saarland going back to 1761.
