Sabina Rosengren Jacobsen (born March 24, 1989 in Lund ) is a Swedish handball player .

Career

Sabina Jacobsen played in her home country for LUGI HF , with whom she took part in the European Cup Winners' Cup and the EHF Cup . In the 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09 seasons she won the top scorer's crown in the Elitserien . In 2012, the 1.81 meter tall back player moved to the Danish club Randers HK , which she left after a season and joined league rivals FC Midtjylland Håndbold . With FCM she won the Danish Championship in 2015, the Danish Cup in 2014 and 2015 and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 2015 . From the 2017/18 season she ran for the Romanian club CSM Bucharest . With CSM Bucharest she won the Romanian championship in 2018 and the Romanian cup in 2018 and 2019. In 2019 she joined the Russian first division club PGK CSKA Moscow .

Jacobsen is a member of the Swedish national team , for which she has played 136 international matches so far , in which she scored 134 goals. With Sweden she took part in the World Championships in 2009 and 2011 , as well as in the European Championships in 2010 , 2012 and 2014 . She won the silver medal in 2010 and the bronze medal in 2014 and was elected to the All-Star team at the 2014 tournament . She also took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , the 2016 European Championship , the 2017 World Championship and the 2018 European Championship .
