Saint-Martin-au-Laërt ( Flemish : Sint-Maartens-Aard ) is a commune déléguée in the French commune of Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem with 4,098 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Pas-de-Calais and the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais . Its inhabitants are called Saint-Martinois .

With effect from January 1, 2016, Saint-Martin-au-Laërt was merged with the former municipality of Tatinghem to form Commune nouvelle Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem. It belonged to the Arrondissement of Saint-Omer and the Canton of Saint-Omer .

The place is a banlieue to the west of Saint-Omer . Saint-Martin-au-Laërt is surrounded by the neighboring towns of Salperwick in the north, Saint-Omer in the east, Longuenesse in the south and Tatinghem in the south-west.
