Salperwick Castle

Salperwick ( Flemish : Salperwijk ) is a northern French municipality in the Pas-de-Calais department of the Hauts-de-France region with 486 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Omer and the canton of Saint-Omer (until 2015: canton of Saint-Omer-Nord ).

Salperwick is in the metropolitan area of Saint-Omer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .

Salperwick is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tilques in the north and west, Saint-Omer in the east, Saint-Martin-au-Laërt in the south, Tatinghem in the south and south-west and Zudausques in the west and south-west.
