Bayenghem-lès-Éperlecques ( Flemish : Baaiengem ) is a municipality in northern France with 1,009 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Saint-Omer arrondissement and the Saint-Omer canton (until 2015: Ardres canton ).
geography
Bayenghem-lès-Éperlecques is located about ten kilometers northwest of Saint-Omer and borders Muncq-Nieurlet in the north, Éperlecques in the south and east, Mentque-Nortbécourt in the south-west, Nort-Leulinghem in the west and south-west and Nordausques in the west and north-west. The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .
