Houlle ( Flemish : Holne ) is a municipality in the north of France with 1,127 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Saint-Omer arrondissement and the Saint-Omer canton (until 2015: Saint-Omer-Nord canton ).

Houlle is about seven kilometers northwest of Saint-Omer and borders Éperlecques to the north and west, Watten to the northeast, Serques to the east and northeast, Moulle to the south and southeast, Moringhem to the south and southwest and Mentque-Nortbécourt to the southwest. The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .
