As a result of the reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017, the area of the 23 municipalities of Ardres , Audruicq , Autingues , Balinghem , Brêmes , Guemps , Landrethun-lès-Ardres , Louches , Muncq-Nieurlet , Nielles-lès-Ardres , Nortkerque , Nouvelle-Église , Assigned to Offekerque , Oye-Plage , Polincove , Recques-sur-Hem , Rodelinghem , Ruminghem , Saint-Folquin , Saint-Omer-Capelle , Sainte-Marie-Kerque , Vieille-Église and Zutkerque from the Arrondissement of Saint-Omer to the Arrondissement of Calais .
