Skin Loquin ( Dutch Hoog-Loken ) is a French municipality with 185 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016: Nord-Pas-de-Calais ) . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Omer and the canton of Lumbres .
The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park . Neighboring communities of Haut-Loquin are Rebergues in the northwest, Audrehem in the north, Journy in the northeast, Alquines in the east and Escœuilles in the southwest.
