Dohem ( Dutch Dallem ) is a French municipality with 828 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Omer and the canton of Lumbres .
Dohem is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cléty in the north and north-east, Delettes in the east, Coyecques in the south and south-east, Audincthun in the south and south-west, Saint-Martin-d'Hardinghem in the south-west and Avroult in the west.
