Seninghem is surrounded by the neighboring communities Bouvelinghem in the north, Acquin-Westbécourt in the northeast, Bayenghem-lès-Seninghem in the east, Affringues in the southeast, Nielles-lès-Bléquin in the south, Bléquin and Lottinghem in the southwest, Quesques in the west and Coulomby in the west and Northwest.
