Ledinghem is about 20 kilometers southwest of Saint-Omer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .

Ledinghem is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bléquin in the north, Vaudringhem in the east, Campagne-lès-Boulonnais in the south and south-east, Bourthes in the south and south-west and Senlecques in the west.
