Senlecques is located about 24 kilometers east-southeast of Boulogne-sur-Mer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .

Senlecques is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lottinghen in the north, Bléquin in the northeast, Ledinghem in the east and southeast, Bourthes in the south, Bécourt in the southwest and Vieil-Moutier in the west and northwest.
