Wirwignes ( Flemish : Willewine ) is a French municipality with 746 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the canton of Desvres . The inhabitants are called Wirwignois .

Wirwignes is located about 13 kilometers southeast of Boulogne-sur-Mer on the Liane . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .
Wirwignes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Crémarest in the north and east, Desvres in the east and south-east, Longfossé in the south and south-east, Wierre-au-Bois in the south, Questrecques in the west and south-west and Baincthun in the west and north-west.
