Brunembert ( Flemish : Bruin Mountain ) is a French municipality with 418 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Nord-Pas-de-Calais ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the canton of Desvres .

Brunembert is about 19 kilometers east-southeast of Boulogne-sur-Mer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .

Brunembert is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Longueville in the north, Surques in the north-east, Escœuilles in the east, Quesques in the east and south-east, Selles in the south, Bournonville in the south and south-west and Henneveux in the north-west.
