Pittefaux ( Dutch : "Pitesveld") is a French municipality with 124 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the canton of Boulogne-sur-Mer-1 (until 2015: canton of Boulogne-sur-Mer-Nord-Est ).

Pittefaux is about four kilometers northeast of Boulogne-sur-Mer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .

Pittefaux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Maninghen-Henne in the north and west, Wierre-Effroy in the east and north-east, Pernes-lès-Boulogne in the south and south-east and Wimille in the west and south-west.
