Wierre-au-Bois is a French commune with a population of 226 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Nord-Pas-de-Calais ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the canton Desvres (until 2015: canton Samer ). The inhabitants are called Wierrois .

Wierre-au-Bois is about 13 kilometers southeast of Boulogne-sur-Mer . The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .
Wierre-au-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring communities Wirwignes in the north, Longfossé in the east, Samer in the south and Questrecques in the west and north-west.
