Audrehem ( Flemish : Oudehem ) is a municipality in northern France with 562 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Saint-Omer arrondissement and the Lumbres canton (until 2015: Ardres canton ).

Audrehem is about 18 kilometers west-northwest of Saint-Omer and borders on Clerques to the north and northwest, Bonningues-lès-Ardres to the east and northeast, Journy to the south and southeast, Haut-Loquin to the south and southwest, Rebergues to the west and southwest and Licques in the West. The municipality is part of the Caps et Marais d'Opale Regional Nature Park .
