The Sandefjord Arena is the football stadium of the southern Norwegian football club Sandefjord Fotball . The city and municipality Sandefjord is in the Fylke Vestfold og Telemark . Until the opening of the Sandefjord Arena , Sandefjord played in the Storstadion, which was inaugurated in 1969 . In 2005 the Sandefjord Fotball was promoted to the Tippeligaen and the stadium was upgraded with tubular steel stands, floodlights and facilities for journalists.

For some time Sandefjord had plans for a new stadium. In the summer of 2006, the community gave its approval for the new building. Originally the arena was designed for 10,000 seats; Due to the poor economic situation, only the two large covered grandstands were built along the square with 6,000 seats and tubular steel grandstands with 2,000 and 1,000 seats respectively were set up behind the gates. The name comes from the online retailer Complete Group . The sponsorship contract lasted ten years and brought the club 15 million NOK . In November 2019, the Complete Group ended the agreement. Since then, the facility has been called Sandefjord Arena .
