Shanar Aichanova
Zhanar Aitzhanova Seidachmetqysy ( Kazakh Жанар Сейдахметқызы Айтжанова , Russian Жанар Сейдахметовна Айтжанова , Zhanar Aitzhanova Seidachmetowna * 9. May 1965 in South Kazakhstan ) is a Kazakh politician and since April 2011 Minister for Economic Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition to Russian and Kazakh, she also speaks fluent English and Czech.
biography
Shanar Aichanova was born on May 9, 1965 in the Kazakh region of South Kazakhstan . She graduated from Al-Farabi University in Almaty and the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge in the United States. After completing her studies, she began an internship at Charles University in Prague .
Since 1993 she has worked as a program coordinator at the United Nations Office in Kazakhstan. She also worked for the United Nations Development Program in Mongolia . In September 2003, Aichanova became Deputy Minister for Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From March 2010 to April 2011 she was Minister for Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On April 8, 2011, Aichanova changed ministry and became the new Minister for Economic Integration.
