Disk house (Winklarn)

Scheibenhaus is a district of the Markt Winklarn ( Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Oberviechtach ) in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf in Bavaria and is located in the Upper Palatinate North region .

geography

Scheibenhaus is located in the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park , about two kilometers north of the center of Winklarn, on the banks of the Ascha and at the Mühlweiher between Schneeberg and Winklarn in the midst of a pond landscape with a rich flora and fauna. The Ascha forms several side arms in the flat section between Aschahof and Hundhagermühl .

Neighboring towns are Schneeberg and Herzoghof in the north, Hundhagermühl in the east, Winklarn in the south and Fischerhof in the south-west .

history

On March 23, 1913 (Easter), Scheibenhaus was listed as part of the Winklarn parish with one house and five residents. On December 31, 1990, Scheibenhaus had 6 residents and belonged to the Winklarn parish.
