School World Championship

The World School Championship is next to the Gymnasiade the largest event of the International School Sport Federation .

badminton

In 2008 , the Taiwanese Shi Yuan Senior High School Taichun took first place in the boys' category in Minorca, Spain. The Chinese Experimental Middle School from Guandong came in second, ahead of the Turkish Suleyman Celebi High School from Osmangaz.

In the girls' category, the Experimental Middle School from Guandong, a Taiwanese school in front of a Chinese school, took first place. Behind the Municipal Sin Jhuang Senior High School from Kaohsiung, the Turkish Celebi Mehmet High School Yildirim took third place.

In 2012 the competition took place in the Portuguese city of Caldas De Rainha / Obidos. In 2013 the school world championship took place in Bordeaux . The Potsdam Sports School competed for Germany . 2011 was the World School Championship in Fortaleza , Brazil. In 2009 the World Cup took place in Antalya .

Futsal

In 2007 in Fortaleza, Brazil, the Brazilian representative won both the boys and the girls. For boys, Belgium and Turkey came in second and third, for girls, Sweden came in second and Belgium in third.

In 2012, in Antalya, Turkey, France won the girls' race ahead of Brazil and Turkey. In the boys' category, Iran came first ahead of Turkey and France.

In 2014, Mevlana Kiz Teknik Ve Meslek Lisesi from Istanbul won the girls’s race in Sardinia, Italy, representing Turkey. The Finnish representative Pohjois Haagan Yhteiskoulu took second place ahead of the Brazilian representative Sociedade Civil Educacional Madre Celeste from Belem-Pava.
