The nature reserve (NSG) Schwarzbachtal (HX) is a nature reserve in the district of Höxter in North Rhine-Westphalia . The 290.0885 hectare NSG with the key number HX-005K1 was designated in 1942. It extends in the area of the city of Warburg northwest of the core city between Blankenrode in the west and Hardehausen in the east. The A 44 runs southwest of the area and the B 68 to the east .
The eastern section of the nature reserve is part of the Hardehausen bison enclosure and is home to the lowland bison population.
