description
On the sub-areas of the NSG there are biotope complexes with mostly various very species-rich grassland areas and smaller forest areas in exposed slopes and hilltops. There are areas with orchid-lime-beech forest and woodruff-beech forest. The value of the NSG is made up of juniper stands in dwarf shrub heaths, semi-arid grasslands , poor grasslands and poor grassland. Fat pastures and fallow grassland also occur. Lime-beech forests and coniferous wood stocks can be found on other mosaic-like connecting structural elements and habitats. There are also bushes and orchards. There is cattle and sheep grazing on the grassland.
A large number of rare and protected plant species can be found in the NSG. Several rare orchid and gentian species can also be found.
There are bush-breeders such as red-backed red-backed killer and black warbler in the reserve. There are also numerous species of butterflies such as the blue sunflower .
