Asseler Wald nature reserve (May 2018)

The Asseler Wald nature reserve (NSG) is a nature reserve in the Höxter district in North Rhine-Westphalia . The 224.1849 hectare NSG with the key number HX-047 was designated in 1990. It extends in the area of ​​the city of Warburg west of the core city and east of Wrexen . The Diemel flows north and east of the area and the B 7 runs along it . The B 252 runs to the west . The state border with Hessen runs along the western and southern edge of the area .
