The Seattle Seahawks were an American ice hockey franchise of the Pacific Coast Hockey League based in Seattle , Washington .

history

The franchise was founded as the Seattle Seahawks in 1933. The team first played from 1933 to 1936 in the North West Hockey League , whose championship they won in the 1935/36 season. After the league was dissolved, they joined the Pacific Coast Hockey League , whose league title they also won in the 1937/38 season. For the 1940/41 season the team was renamed the Seattle Olympics. Following the season, the league stopped playing and the Seattle Olympics were also dissolved.
