Sebastian Faust
Sebastian Faust (* 1965 in Detmold ) is a German actor .
Life
After Sebastian Faust had played at the Landestheater in his hometown since 1986 , he took acting lessons with Hildburg Frese in Hamburg from 1988 to 1991 . After graduation, he continued his stage career at Theater Kiel , where he was engaged until 1993. Other stations included the Magdeburg Theater , the Bergtheater Thale , in Berlin the Schiller Theater and the grandstand as well as the Feuchtwangen Cloister and the Jagsthausen Castle Festival . In addition, Faust has made frequent guest appearances in Hamburg, so far at the Altona Theater , the Hamburg State Opera , the Kleiner Hoftheater , the Schmidt Theater , the Zeisehallen and the former theater in the basilica . In Ladies Night , the stage version of the British film comedy All or Not at all , he has been on the stage at the Ebertbad in Oberhausen since 2007 .
Faust has worked occasionally in front of the camera since the early 1990s, including appearing in various episodes of the Tatort series and several episodes of the telenovela Rote Rosen . His work as a speaker is also extensive, especially in the context of readings.
In 2017 Sebastian Faust was a member of the jury for the award of the German Acting Award 2017 . He lives in Hamburg. His wife Anna Faust also works as an actress.
