Sebastian Keiner (born August 22, 1989 in Suhl ) is a German athlete. His specialty is the 1,500 meter run .
Life
Nobody in Suhl was sponsored by the former cross-country world champion Veronika Hesse . In 2004 he switched to Enrico Aßmus in Erfurt . In 2007 he was fifth at the European Junior Championships in Hengelo . The following year he won the German indoor youth championship. In 2009 he finished eighth at the U23 European Championships in Kaunas .
In the adult division, nobody won the 2009 German Indoor Championships . Outdoors, he came third in 2010 and 2011, and second in 2012. He qualified for the 2012 European Championships in Helsinki , where he reached the semi-finals.
In 2009 and 2013, no one with the 3 × 1000 meter relay of the StG Laufteam Erfurt became German champions.
In 2018 he won two titles at the German Indoor Championships : first over 1500 m and a week later with the 3 × 1000 m relay.
Nobody starts for the Erfurt LAC . He is studying engineering informatics.
