The Sedererstuiben (or simply Sederer ) is a 1737 m high mountain peak in the Nagelfluh chain of the Allgäu Alps . The notch height of the Sedererstuiben is at least 37 meters, its dominance 600 meters, whereby the Stuiben is always the reference mountain .
Ascent
It can be reached from the Mittagberg , the Alpe Gund and the Staufner Haus .
From the Alpe Gund a path leads up to the Sedererstuiben, some of which is accessible by car. At the sign where Stuiben and Sedererstuiben part, a poorly marked path goes up to a barbed wire fence. The summit can be bypassed on a well-marked path.
A six-hour long path leads from the Staufner Haus up to the Sedererstuiben. The path leads over the Hochgrat , over the Rindalphorn , the Gündleskopf and the Buralpkopf . The path requires perseverance and a head for heights . The walk from midday takes about two hours and leads over the Bärenköpfle , the Steineberg and the Stuiben. Here, too, you need a head for heights.
