Seedorf is a district of the city of Dannenberg (Elbe) in the joint municipality of Elbtalaue in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
The village is 2.5 km northeast of the core area of Dannenberg. The Elbe flows to the northwest, 4 km away .
Lake Gümser is located on the southern outskirts of Seedorf .
history
Seedorf was originally a municipality in the Dannenberg district and was incorporated into the Breese in the Marsch municipality in 1929 , which in turn became part of the city of Dannenberg on July 1, 1972.
