Servia-Velvendo ( Greek Σέρβια-Βελβεντό ) is a municipality in the southeast of the Greek region of Western Macedonia . The administrative seat of the municipality is the small town of Servia .

The municipality of Servia-Velvendo is located in the south-east of Western Macedonia on the border with the regions of Central Macedonia and Thessaly . The Aliakmonas with its two reservoirs Polyfytos and Ilarionas limits the municipality in the southwest and west to the neighboring communities Deskati and Kozani . The central Macedonian communities Veria and Katerini are to the northeast and east . In the south, the Thessalonian community borders Elassona .
Administrative division
The municipality was formed after the administrative reform in 2010 from the merger of the former municipalities Kamvounia , Servia and Velvendo and the rural municipality Livadero . The administrative seat of the municipality is Servia. The former municipalities have since formed municipal districts. The community is further subdivided into the districts of Servia and Velvendo and 21 local communities.
