Shiloh Fernandez
Shiloh Thomas Fernandez (born February 26, 1985 in Ukiah , California ) is an American actor and model .
life and career
Before his acting career he worked as a dishwasher, warehouse worker and catalog model. He made his first acting appearance in First 5 California . Shortly thereafter, he starred in Cold Case , followed by appearances in Drake & Josh and Lincoln Heights . He made his screen debut in 2007 as Edgar in Interstate. He played his first recurring role between 2006 and 2007 as Sean Hentschel in Jericho .
In 2008, he was discussed as a favorite by director Catherine Hardwicke for the role of Edward Cullen in the Twilight films.
"No one had any idea what Twilight would become. At the time, it was just another audition. I didn't realize I was missing out on stardom and giant paychecks. Now, looking back on it, I certainly wouldn't have been mentally stable enough to deal with all that. "
In spring 2011 he came to the cinema alongside Amanda Seyfried and Max Irons in Red Riding Hood . This role was his breakthrough in Hollywood. In February 2012 he was cast in the remake Evil Dead .
In August 2012 it was announced that he will play five-time world boxing champion Johnny Tapia in his biography Johnny .

Fernandez, who has Portuguese ancestry, has a younger sister and brother, and his stepfather is an entrepreneur.
