Sieglos is a district of the community Hauneck in the eastern Hessian district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg .

The Bebra – Fulda railway runs west of the village . The state road 3170 leads through the village. Local public transport is provided by RKH Bus GmbH on line 365.
history
The village was first mentioned in 1265 in a document from the Hersfeld court with the place name "Sickeles". In 1390 the place was called "zu dem Sigkeloss". Later the place name changed from "Sickles" to "Siglis" and "Siegklass" to today's name Sieglos. The place was in Buchenau's office Schildschlag , which belonged to the Hersfeld Abbey and from 1648 to the Landgraviate of Hesse .
On December 31, 1971 Sieglos was incorporated into the newly formed community of Hauneck.
