Simone "Simi" Kowalski (born July 25, 1997 , real name Simone Margarethe Hartseil ) is a German model . In 2019 she was the winner of the 14th season of the casting show Germany’s Next Top Model .

Life

Kowalski lives in Stade . In her youth she practiced athletics at VfL Stade . She is studying international primary school teaching.

In 2019 she took part in the 14th season of Germany's Next Topmodel . During her participation, she secured advertising campaigns for About You , John Frieda and Sephora , a photo series in German Instyle and an advertisement for Vogue . In the final of the 14th season, which took place on May 23, 2019 in the Düsseldorf ISS Dome , she was chosen as the winner. She received a contract with the model agency ONEeins fab Management, a prize money of 100,000 euros and appeared on the cover of the Harper's Bazaar fashion magazine . In 2020 she was featured in the May issue of Playboy .
