Simpani ( Nepali सिम्पानी ) is a village and a Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Lamjung district of the Gandaki administrative zone in central Nepal .
Simpani lies on a ridge above the western bank of the Marsyangdi at an altitude of 1340 m 6.5 km north-northwest of the district capital Besisahar . The Annapurna circular route and the Manaslu circular route lead along the Marsyangdi through the VDC Simpani.
Residents
The VDC Simpani had 3289 inhabitants (1447 of them male) in 820 households at the 2011 census.
