Social bee

To this end, Social-Bee supports other companies with a combination of non-profit temporary employment , support and integration measures to employ more refugees. Since it was founded in 2016, over 180 refugees have been placed with more than 70 companies, and another 100 refugees are employed by Social-Bee.

Campaigns

In 2018, Bruhn started the national poster campaign “Soft skills can come the hard way” with Social-Bee and Jung von Matt , in order to draw attention to this with the provocative thought that social skills can also be acquired through difficult living conditions, such as the experience of fleeing make that refugees are well suited for the job market and that companies should give them a chance.

In 2019 she started the poster campaign “Spot the Refugee” (German “Find the Refugee” ) in order to combat prejudice against refugees. The campaign used search images to remind people that many celebrities such as Albert Einstein or Freddie Mercury also had flight experiences and that the flight experience is not negative for an applicant's résumé.

Bring and ring

In 2020, Bruhn founded the platform for shopping aid Bring and Ring in order to reduce social contacts in society during the corona crisis and thus slow down the spread of the Covid 19 virus . Together with various influencers and celebrities , the accompanying campaign “I go for you” calls on people to do their shopping for people from health risk groups.
