The Sorbian alphabet contains the letters for the written representation of the Sorbian languages ​​and dialects . It is based on the Latin alphabet (with the exception of Q, V and X) and also contains letters with diacritical marks such as the acute and the hatschek . The Sorbian alphabet contains all letters that appear in at least one of the two standard languages ​​( Upper Sorbian , Lower Sorbian ).

In the ISO 8859 family of standards, ISO 8859-2 (Latin-2) is provided for the Sorbian alphabet . Of course, all required characters are included in Unicode .
