HS Spetsai ( Greek Σπέτσαι = from Spetses ) is a Greek frigate of the MEKO 200 HN or Hydra class. It is the second ship of its class and the first to be built in the Greek shipyard Hellenic Shipyards in Skaramagas . It is the fifth ship named after the island of Spetses .

The first captain of the ship was frigate captain D. Kourkouli. The crew consists of 27 officers and 171 NCOs and men . HS Spetsai participated in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Irini .
