The Spitzberg is a 385 meter high, little prominent mountain in the southwest of Upper Lusatia .

It is one of the most westerly elevations in the northern mountain range of the Lusatian highlands . The summit is about 1.2 kilometers west of the 60 meters higher Hohe Hahn . Other surrounding mountains are the Heydelberg in the south, the Stiebitzberg in the west and the Oberhofberg in the northwest.

The mountain is located in the area of ​​the community Schmölln-Putzkau between the districts of Putzkau in the south, Tröbigau in the north and Schmölln in the northwest.
