The SsangYong Korando C is a sport utility vehicle from the South Korean car manufacturer SsangYong that has been in production since 2010. The previous models in the Korando range are off-road vehicles .

The Korando C200 is the fifth model in the Korando series. In Russia it was sold as SsangYong New Actyon . The Korando C200 celebrated its world premiere as the SsangYong C200 at the Busan Motor Show in April 2010. The Actyon CX5 / Korando KS , released three years earlier, continued to be built in parallel until 2018; in this country only the pick-up version Actyon was last Sports available.

The Korando C300 was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2019. It has been in stores in Germany since September 28, 2019 at prices starting at 22,990 euros. A first glimpse of the new Korando SsangYong generation presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2018 with the concept car SsangYong e-SIV Concept .

The SUV is initially powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 120 kW (163 hp) or a 1.6-liter diesel engine with 100 kW (136 hp). Both variants have front-wheel drive and a 6-speed manual transmission as standard . All-wheel drive and a 6- speed automatic transmission are available for an extra charge . A battery- powered version of the Korando will also be introduced at the end of 2020 .
