Exterior construction

The square bell tower dates back to the 12th century. He is from a gable roof covered, on a small pinnacle seated. A polygonal stair tower is built on its south side. The upper floor of the tower is broken up on all four sides by slightly pointed sound arcades .

Extensive buttresses support the outer walls of the aisles. The original portal on the west facade is covered by a basket arch. During the renovation, remains of Romanesque columns were built into the sides of the portal . At the end of the 15th century, a new, more easily accessible portal was created on the south side. Round windows open over both portals.
