history

The St. Gundekar plant was founded on May 17, 1954 under Joseph Schröffer and entered in the Eichstätt commercial register on May 28, 1954 .

It carried out the activities of the Eichstätt diocese settlement agency. V., which was founded on April 4, 1949. In 1958 she took over the apartments of the building and settlement cooperative "Kolping" Eichstätt eGmbH, 1965 of the non-profit housing and settlement company Neumarkt / OPf, 1966 of the non-profit housing and settlement cooperative "Caritas" Deining eGmbH, Neumarkt / OPf with branch in Beilngries and 1966 the non-profit settlement community "Werkvolk" Heilsbronn eGmbH with branch offices in Neuendettelsau and Windsbach .

On November 14, 1968, the commercial register in Eichstätt was dissolved and the Munich District Court was responsible.

In 1970, the apartments of the non-profit housing and settlement building cooperative "Werkvolk" Dekanat Schwabach eGmbH with branch offices in Abenberg, Feucht near Nuremberg, Hilpoltstein, Nuremberg- Moorenbrunn , Nuremberg- Reichelsdorf and Roth were taken over.

On July 1, 1988, the Ingolstadt registry court became responsible. Since then, the Ingolstadt commercial register has kept the company under number 90.
