St. Laurentius (Agawang)
The Catholic parish church of St. Laurentius in Agawang , a district of the municipality of Kutzenhausen in the Augsburg district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in 1732/33. The church consecrated to St. Laurentius with the address Obernefsried 2 is a protected architectural monument .

The baroque hall with retracted choir and southern tower with onion dome was built by Joseph Dossenberger the Elder according to plans by Joseph Meitinger . The tower was raised by Matthias Kraus in 1751 using the substructure from around 1488.
The band and foliage stucco was created by Franz Xaver Feuchtmayer . Above the chancel the arms of the Augsburger is in a cartridge cathedral chapter affixed, to the secularization 1802, the basic rule possessed in place.
The oldest pieces of furniture are a wooden Pietà , which is dated around 1510, and the sculpture of St. Sebastian from around 1550. The pulpit dates from the early 18th century.
