history

The city mill was in the Fraisch district of the Eichstätt caste office Arberg-Ornbau . When the house numbers were assigned, the place received the number 152 of the place Ornbau. The property included around 10  hectares of arable land, spread over a dozen parcels east and south of the property, as well as around 3 hectares of pasture land.

With the community edict (beginning of the 19th century) Stadtmühle was assigned to the tax district and the rural community Ornbau. The mill was usually not explicitly mentioned in address or place directories. In 1814 it was first listed separately as "Stadlmühle". In 1882 it was last included in an official register.
